Apples, Wood Chips, and Juice

Our 1999 fall harvest can be summarized as follows:

38 tons of Golden Delicious sold to Smucker's Quality Beverages. Next time you enjoy Santa Cruz Organic Apple Juice, there might just be a little bit of Peaceful Glen Organics in the jar.

We sold fresh pack Golden Delicious and Sierra Beauty apples to Food for Thought in Santa Rosa, and locally at Keith's Market in Covelo.

We also dried apples, and canned lots of apple butter, applesauce, and apple/pear chutney.

We still have many yards of organic apple wood chips available, $10.00 per pickup load.
